If you need to get in touch with our Learner Support Team, please request a callback on the calendar on your EQUAL homepage.

The requests have a 24-hour turnaround so you can’t request one for the same day. Once you know the date you want, select it, select the Request Call function and select a time that suits you. If you are unable to select a specific time and date it means that slot is fully booked, so please choose a different one.
